All Surface re-carpeted our second level bedrooms, closets, hallway, and our stair. They also removed, and re-installed new wood base. They did all work in an excellent manner. The sales staff, and all tradesmen where very cooperative, and pleasant to work with. They also were knowledgeable. My wife and I highly recommend them.
All Surface deserves 5 stars for every aspect of their service. We are repeat customers having purchased both hardwood and carpet. Bruce, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and patient. He helped us find a Stainmaster carpet with a linear pattern which our installer, Patrick, took great care to lay precisely. No corners were cut. Time was spent. The result is beautiful.
We had a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked into the store all through the installation process everything was clearly explained and professional. Customer service was excellent and our installers were top notch. I will definitely be back for future flooring needs.
Above pleased with All Surface Flooring! From the beginning of our project to the end was very pleasurable. They are the only flooring company that made us feel at ease with everything, and the only ones that moved our furniture other flooring companies wanted you to rent a pod and move everything out. Everyone at AllSurface Flooring was great! Bruce helped us find exactly what we wanted and arranged installation in a very timely manner. The gentleman who delivered the flooring was very nice and very prompt. Brad and Dale worked really hard to get our flooring installed in one day's time, cleaned up afterwards and were genuinely nice guys. ALLSURFACE FLOORING just finished installing nearly 1500 square feet of carpet in my home. The total experience couldn't have been better. Roy, the owner, came out to measure my job. Roy is very knowledgeable and pointed out several areas where he could improve on how my original carpet was installed. We moved to the Ballwin area last year and prior to moving in, had All Surface replace flooring in 3 rooms on the main level and the entire finished part of our basement. When we were ready to replace our porcelain tiled kitchen floor, we didn't hesitate to reach out to All Surface again.
