What a fantastic company!! Everyone we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful from the owner and manager to the carpet layers. We had a few mishaps and Roy and Cody worked with us to make sure we were 110% satisfied before we paid the remainder of our bill. This is a second review for All Surface Flooring. My first review was for carpet installation and this is for hardwood. They had a separate team for the hardwood, but like the first team (carpet) this team was exceptional. Chad, Sam and John did a great job installing the new hardwood and their demeanor was very professional. All surface just completed installing new carpet in our home. The install team (Pat and Cole) are experts at installation and very professional and polite in their demeanor. They not only showed up on time but early. The quote was fair and competitive and the work well done. I would highly recommend All Surface.
Great experience with All Surface Flooring. No sales pressure, good advice, etc on our purchase choice. The carpet layers, Pat, Cole, and Brian did a fabulous job. They showed great attention to detail and it was clear that they take pride in their craft. I would highly recommend this company.
I just want to say how pleased I am with All Surface Flooring. Two years ago, we bought all the carpeting for our new home from All surface and could not have been happier with their service. After two and a half years we noticed a few places where the carpeting had stretched a bit. We called them to see what could be done and the owner, Roy Field came with a crew and tightened it up making it look as good as the day we bought it. We shopped around quite a bit and just had a good feeling about going with All Surface Flooring. Roy and everyone else was very professional and pleasant to work with. Brad and Mike did a terrific job on the floors and we are very happy with the result. We would definitely recommend them and would use them in the future.
