I liked that the facts were presented, as well as educated opinions, and quite a few options to help in our quest to make the house more comfortable without any pressure or scare tactics at all. At the time, we were not even looking to buy a furnace, but Ray laid out a lot of different options to help us make a decision that was right for us. And after we weighed out all of the options at our own pace, it only made sense to us to do it all at once. Everyone we have dealt with up to this point has been courteous and friendly.

The young man who came out to deliver my air conditioner cover, Ashton, was polite and friendly. He put the cover on the unit and neatly removed the tarp that was covering it. I was very pleased with his service.

Although the part needed to fix my Aprilaire Humidifer was not on the serviceman’s truck he made arrangements to order what was needed and told me the office would call when the part is received to book a follow-up appointment.

Had to replace an aging, failing furnace in mid-January with sub freezing temps outside. All Weather responded quickly and efficiently with identifying and installing a new HVAC system at a very reasonable price. Shane and John, the installers, and the entire All Weather team were excellent and treated our home as if it were their own by taking extreme care in taking out the old equipment, bringing in the new equipment, and cleaning up upon finishing.
