My old thermostat shorted out and I was unable to get heat on one of the coldest days of the year. I called All Weather and they immediately said a technician would come out. It was a Saturday. Dan Mitchell called first and I told him what happened. He brought up two thermostats and I selected the Ecobee 3 Light smart thermostat.
