My old thermostat shorted out and I was unable to get heat on one of the coldest days of the year. I called All Weather and they immediately said a technician would come out. It was a Saturday. Dan Mitchell called first and I told him what happened. He brought up two thermostats and I selected the Ecobee 3 Light smart thermostat. It was a humidifier problem. Justin arrived promptly around time that was scheduled, he figured out right away what the issue was, returned with proper replacement kit and installed it quickly. He also explained to me how to best adjust the humidifier for seasonal use. Valuable employee!! Pricing was fair.
