Been there several times and th Ed food Is terrific. This time we had a very fine service experience with the server Massimo. On the job, on the ball, and an overall professional and pleasing experience.
Everything was great unfortunately the main course took over and hour to be brought out. We ended up eating at 9:30pm on a 7:30pm reservation. Outside of that, everything was awesome. Didn’t make a big fuss, as we know restaurants are under staffed and electricity was causing issues throughout the city. We will return to give cit another shot and this should turn into a 5 star experience.
Wait time for food was horrible at 50 minutes . The waiter was amazing! Very nice and pleasant. I believe the lemon cello dessert was a gift for waiting too long. Who knows! Ambiance beautiful and peaceful. Food not as delish as we expected. Salmon too salty and the chicken prosciutto was bland. Syrah amazing!!
It was my second time, I like this place. The service was Okay. The food was really nice. The tables are nice inside and outside.

It was a really hot night in San Diego so the whole restaurant was hot even though they had maxed out the ACs. The food was still delicious and the service was still top notch even though you could see all of the servers were really sweating up a storm. Would definitely go back. The gnocchi was amazing along with the burrata salad, garlic knots and pretty much everything else we ordered.
Love their outdoor patio, and they have a great weekday date night menu! Our server was soo sweet!
We had a reservation for 8:30 pm and we arrived about 10 minutes before, the host was super friendly they got us a table before our time. As it was raining, everything inside was very full and they gave us a table that was very close to a group of people who could not speak. Honestly, we were going to leave because it was super uncomfortable, we told the waiter and then he gave us the option right away to find a better table and they did.
