We had a great time with great service! Would definitely go back next time I’m in San Diego.
We ordered the garlic knots (tasted re-heated), Octopus appetizer(good), Roasted chicken(tasty), and a mixed salad(very good). Overall it was good food. The waiter was a bit dry.
Other than the overcooked fish dishes which they quickly remedied, we had a wonderful experience! Would definitely recommend this place!

Beatrice was the best server!! Had a wonderful time- the espresso martinis are amazing!!
The majority of the food was good and the restaurant is beautiful. It took forever to get drinks and order. We did not get our 1st round of drinks until after we finished appetizers and got our second round after we finished dinner. We waited 45 minutes for a water refill. The drinks were not consistent in terms of taste and appearance. I would recommend Allegro to a friend, but would say sit inside because those tables received attentive service.
We enjoyed our experience very much! The cheese wheel was unforgettable :) Fabrizzio was an amazing host too :)
