Did not meet deadlines. Did not provide needed information. Did not respond to calls, emails, or texts unless seeking more information. Became defensive and haughty and vicious when asked for information. After several broken dates and promises, no closing amount or date was given until “closing is today. Can’t tell you when,” and ultimately, “Closing is in 90 minutes ... across town ... and we have your amount.”
