I would not recommend Allied Outdoor Solutions. Several friends/neighbors are having their deck remodeled and asked who we are using. We told them not to ever use this company. The sales people are slick bait and switch types. From day one we were promised things that never was going to happen. We had on our quote to have a landscape planter built just like one we already had. The quote said "to be exact and with caps" instead they tried to install a small cheap version with no caps. The foreman will not call me back for warranty repairs and he promise that he would. It has been almost 1 year since the project was started. The labors have no respect for customer property because my swimming pool was covered in materials also just dumped in my yard. A section of the carvestone has started to Crack. Overall is was very sloppy work that was because I'm picking materials out the grass.

Do NOT do business with this company. After signing a contract and agreeing upon work. The work is behind or not done at all. i have called the supervisor in charge of my project and if he replies or calls back it just excuses. Nothing is being done to take care of the issues in a timely manor or any idea when they will address the issues. If i could give a negative rating i would

We were so excited to have our outdoor patio extended with an outdoor kitchen and new landscaping. Unfortunately what we were sold was not what we received. The project began in April 2021 and had numerous delays due to materials, labor and constant project management shuffles. We would put most of the blame on the lack of communication and follow through from our various project managers. One phase of the project would be "completed" and they would move on to another step. A complete and total waste of time and money. Worst experience with a company ever. We signed a contract in may with a start date of early July. Late July they came to the house to tear out concrete. By mid august the concrete was done as well as a drain. The drain was improperly secured so it pushed down when you walked on it. Concrete remnants were on our pool coping and there was a broken pool tile where no work was even done. Guy came out and said job was horrible and had to be repoured. Can not imagine a worse experience. Slick presentation by salesman Scott, saying all the right things, like "we don't start a project until the last one is completed", not true! Signed the contract on Nov.25, 2020, "completed" Nov.4, 2021. Days and weeks would go by with no communication, then work scheduled and no one shows up, workers showing up and not even ringing the doorbell before going into backyard. Terrible product. I got my courtyard done in July of 2021. Looked great for a week then had gray spots where the rain came down and fading where the sun shines. I called them and Shea said it was hard water spots told me to use lime-a-way and rub gently. That did not do anything every day it looks worse. I paid a lot of money for a small area even the workers said I overpaid but said they do have a minimum. I should have gotten pavers from another company. ??
