We had them re-plaster our pool last year, and things were great at first. Looked great, everything was as promised. Fast forward to this year. I started noticing streaks in the plaster, particularly on the sides of the pool about the width of a trowel, and a mottled appearance down the walls and on the floor of the pool. I noticed they charge a lot of money and then go with different contractors. I got the worst one they did a terrible job but the back up was terrific. I was told from ***** about putting a door on my aluminum wall because the opening was real wide and it took a long time to complete. He told me and my husband one thing but never told the company what he said because the team that came to correct the mess up job from the first team would of put the door up if he told them false advertisement $25000 with no door because the fi... read more

After several fires our $17k outside fireplace started to crack all over. Allied has refused to help us at this point. They redid the mortar once but it has continued to crack. We are now left with a subpar project. I highly encourage you to find a different company for your outdoor projects. As usual they will respond with please reach out to us to rectify their mistakes. They have no intention of helping us in anyway at this point.

After Devon made the sale and reassured me he would remain point of contact this was not the case. I seeked this because I have been an independent contractor and worked with companies and the best salesman will see the job through as it is the product he is selling. After Devon came we met with Devon and the closer with pricing. Items Devon said included all the sudden had an additional price. I would not recommend Allied Outdoor Solutions. Several friends/neighbors are having their deck remodeled and asked who we are using. We told them not to ever use this company. The sales people are slick bait and switch types. From day one we were promised things that never was going to happen. We had on our quote to have a landscape planter built just like one we already had. The quote said "to be exact and with caps" instead they tried to install a small cheap version with no caps. The foreman will not call me back for warranty repairs and he promise that he would. It has been almost 1 year since the project was started. The labors have no respect for customer property because my swimming pool was covered in materials also just dumped in my yard. A section of the carvestone has started to Crack. Overall is was very sloppy work that was because I'm picking materials out the grass.

Do NOT do business with this company. After signing a contract and agreeing upon work. The work is behind or not done at all. i have called the supervisor in charge of my project and if he replies or calls back it just excuses. Nothing is being done to take care of the issues in a timely manor or any idea when they will address the issues. If i could give a negative rating i would

Horrible experience and I regret ever contracting for my patio Carverstone project. Not happy with the quality, color of the work.

We were so excited to have our outdoor patio extended with an outdoor kitchen and new landscaping. Unfortunately what we were sold was not what we received. The project began in April 2021 and had numerous delays due to materials, labor and constant project management shuffles.
