Idk why but everytime when I do a claim on my controller it's says it's under manufacture warranty but it's not so I have to call in everytime but the customer service is great and got my situation resolved

Our just about three-year-old TV just failed. We had the Allstate Protection plan, so I reached out to them. Now, I save serial numbers, box corners and receipts, so it was easy to complete their forms. Yet, if I hadn't had some of those receipts, the Allstate rep said they would have still helped me. They tried some remote tech tips in case the TV was just my operator error- but quickly decided it wasn't me.
