I had a chair that was a year old that I bought the protection plan on that had serouis issues and after a few conversations they reimbursed me for it.
Very polite, instructive, and knowledgeable.
This is the first time making a claim on such an item. I never got a straight answer why the replacement offer for a 65” tv was a 58” or 55” tv.
Provided the requested info and they honored the warranty.
Using the phone to call and speak with an agent was very helpful. Much easier than trying to use the website. The agent I spoke with was friendly knowledgeable and helpful.
Process for resolution was quick and easy. No hassle no loopholes.
As a single mother, buying expensive electric scooters that were also refurbished made me nervous - but it worked out - I appreciate this!
We were trying to go thru the manufacturer for the defect and couldn't get any help at all. Allstate was very helpful and understanding. They got the claim done in no time . Very satisfied.
