We expected a check to cover the cost of the damage like the first time we did a claim on a different Roku tv. This time we went and got the tv we wanted instead of a Roku device we got a different smart tv. Now we stuck with a tv we don’t want nor need. DISSAPOINTED. I also believe that the rep used the most recent plan that I purchased with the new tv instead of the plan I brought with the Roku tv that broke again.
