"Excellent service . I called on 10/08/2015 to file a claim . The agent Amro was very professional and helpful and directed me on what to do and how to do it . I went to the repair shop and fixed my desktop . Emailed them the paid invoice on 10/16/2015 and got the check on 10/19/2015 . The process was easy and fast . Square trade always come through shining like a star and I always recommend their services to my friends ."

My daughter is away in college - she dropped her iPhone and the screen shattered! Not a great thing when her phone is the main means of communication, I called SquareTrade right away and as usual, they had an immediate answer, providing me with all the details I needed to know. They even located the nearest Apple store, close to my daughters school. Once again a quick and happy ending!!"
