Filing a claim was a breeze. If I actually get my money back, that will determine my overall experience.
I called to report a problem with any electronic device. It was determined that we would have to send it in. That was not a problem for me. I was told that they would send me a box for the device with a prepaid label. Again, no problem. When a week went by and I had not received the box, I reached out again. I was told that they were not going to be sending me a box because something happened in their system. Good respectful solved my problem
My insured cell phone wasn't working properly and CC suggested I use Square Trade to get a new one. I got it almost immediately, except white was out of stock, so I got the same phone in black. Definately a top run organization...and thank you for no problems, I have enough!
SquareTrade is great. I've never been one to buy an extended warranty but I am so glad I did this time. The representatives I talked to were very polite, eager to help and made their decision quickly. I will use them again.
