"I had purchased a TI-84 Plus C Silver Edition Graphing Calculator on August 20, 2015. Thankfully, I also purchased a Square Trade 3-year Office Protection Plan. We begin experiencing a problem with the calculator in 2/2018. Thankfully I had kept track of my receipts and warranty information. I called Square Trade on February 13, 2018 and spoke with a man named Steve.
