When the camera died outside of the manufacturer's warranty, I dreaded making a claim with Square Trade because of negative experiences with other extended warranty companies. I was very pleasantly surprised with the professional, courteous, and speedy resolution of my claim. Square Trade exceeded my expectations and has earned my future business. Great Job!"

"Customer service was so easy to work with and handled my claim very quick. I first choose to to take my phone to a Apple Store,however that didn't work out so I contacted Square Trade again about my claim and explained the situation and they took care of the problem and had my phone shipped overnight and I received it the next morning. I have this insurance on all 5 phones on my plan and would highly recommend it!!! "
