"I had a problem with my tv and contacted the office. They were extremely helpful and had the correct answers for all my questions. The technician was early and introduced himself with a handshake. He went to work immediately and called the office explaining what the problem was. By the way the parts that were ordered arrived immediately. I was advised as to when I would be contacted. "Problems with our flat screen. It was 15 months old, so we knew it was covered by warranty. Hubby called explained what tv was doing, and the representative immediately assured it would be taken care of. Walked hubby through a simple procedure. Lo and behold the problem was resolved!! We were very relieved and pleased that it was taken care of through phone. Thx Square Trade"
