"I have never had an easier experience getting using a warrantee. I am beyond impressed. Spoke to a customer service rep, while on the phone I emailed him my product receipt and he sent me a return shipping label. Within hours of dropping off the box to fedex I had a FULL refund for a printer that I had used for 1 1/2 years. Amazing experience"
