I filed a claim online that night, had approval to have the glass fixed locally, and got an offer to waive my $75 deductible if I could find someone to replace it under $125. I had it fixed at my local shop (who does all the work on our phones/computers) for $120 and received my refund check within 4 days. Amazing response time and they couldn't have been easier to deal with. SquareTrade is the best insurance you can get - they get my highest recommendation"
