"Simply the best repair experience ever! Bought the tablet a couple of years ago. Has been perfect. But recently screen would dim intermittently which was very annoying. Fortunately I had about 2 weeks left on my extended warranty from Square Trade. They sent a FedEx label via email. I mailed it on Monday...got it back that Friday! Like brand new. Replaced the LCD screen. Was a great experience. I always purchase their warranty on any electronic devices I purchase. Customer supporting was superb. Kudos!"

"If nothing goes wrong, you never find out whether the extended warranty was worth it. In this case it definitely was. The TV remote stopped working and changing the batteries didn't fix it. The TV just didn't notice any button-pushing on the remote. I looked up my warranty and discovered I had purchased the Square Trade extension and it was still in force. Before offering to replace the remote which they would have done, they referred me to a technician to try some tests. He had me take out the batteries and hold down the o... read more
