"Television sound just went out and we called to make a claim. Tech person walked us through the process to see what the issue was. We are not teck savy but he walked us through it very carefully and with great patience. Fortunately it was just the settings had somehow changed and nothing was actually broken. The teck person was great and a pleasure to deal with. Many Thanks to Square Trade."

"I purchased a Vizio 55' television at Costco.. I purchased a extended 5 yr. warranty thru Square Trade. Well after the Costco warranty ended, my television sound went out.. I immediately called Square Trade to file a claim. Amazing enough, I was put thru immediately to customer service rep.. They took my claim, and set up a date to fix. Took all of about 15 minutes. "Long story short, my 70' lcd failed. Almost forgot I had purchased the warranty, called the provided number. Technician was dispatched, determined the set to be unrepairable... Received and email to select my replacement (70" 1080p set replaced with a 70" 4k) was delivered about a week and half after the email. It was somewhat painless, only complaints are that the only options for times of repair and delivery are 9-5 business days and the whole process took over a month to complete. I will buy again. "
"This is the first and hopefully the last time I have to send my computer in for a repair! Everything about the interaction with the customer service gentleman from Square Trade was first class. I do not have computer access at home without my laptop and the customer rep helped get me set up with a claim number, provided me with all of the information I needed, took care of sending the packing box, which arrived in the timeframe that he said it would.
