"I purchased a set of used JBL speakers/sub woofer for my computer. I also purchased a 2 yr. warranty through square trade. I received the speakers and they were no good. I simply called square trade told them of the problem. They asked for me to email them my warranty receipt along with the speaker purchase receipt, and drop the speakers off to the nearest fed ex. Before I even got home from dropping the speakers off at fed ex, I already had the credit in my paypal account. Very easy, hassle free."

"I never knew customer service could be this good and with a fast resolution to boot. We bought a 3 year protection plan after purchasing a 70" in TV from Costco. After 2.2 years, one of the lights went out in the back leaving a big dark area about a foot wide. Square trade deemed the issue to not be repairable either because it was too expensive or did not have the parts and shipped us a replacement.
