"When I bought my SquareTrade warranty for my new phone I hoped I'd never have to use it because I expected filing a claim would be a real hassle. Then I had a problem with the phone a little over a year after I purchased it. I filed a claim online with SquareTrade and they sent me a paid shipping label and that was it. "Here is my ST review: I have been purchasing dehumidifiers for my home for several years.They are not cheap at about 200$ a pop. The problem was always that they never last more than a season or two. The sealed refrigerant systems always fail on them. So I thought, Enough of that! "I was so impressed with the service I received and how Square Trade came up with a plan that worked best for me without the hassle of returning my phone and having to switch over all my contacts, pictures, etc. I use my phone for business and it was important that things were expedited so I was not without my phone for more than 24 hours.
