"I called, armed with my receipt, a claim number and other documentation. All I needed was my name and they found my records. They taught me how to retrieve information from the phone and in less than 10 minutes my new phone was ordered. I received my new phone the next day in the mail. Amazing."

"I purchased an expensive, high end 65" 1080p Samsung Smart TV in July of 2013. At the time I also purchased an extended warranty for $99 with SquareTrade and filed it away. Almost 4 years later after my purchase, my TV had a cluster of blown pixels on the screen. Filing the claim with Squaretrade was a breeze and I was certainly pleased with the replacement that they provided me considering the exact tv I own was not in production anymore and simply unavailable. Thank you!!!!!"

"It took my making quite a few call, to get my tablet fixed. I had to reset it and that erased everything I had on it. Now I can't reinstall some of my apps. "
