I filed my claim, went to the store to have my phone replaced and submitted my receipt to SquareTrade for reimbursement. I was able to get a replacement phone within hours so I wasn't without a phone for long. Great experience overall. "

"I had a printer that failed and logged into my square trade account to see if I had an extended warranty with it which I had at the time purchased a three-year warranty. So I contacted square trade and filed the claim. We reviewed all of the troubleshooting measures that I had went through and determined that printer was not recoverable 10-15 min. "Pretty good overall. This is first warranty claim I filed with them, and it was easier than I expected. I did panic a bit when I got an email saying the receipt I provided did not have the needed information, but the rep who called me back got it sorted out.
