"I bought the Square Trade warranty for my TV because of there excellent reputation and to ensure some piece of mind for such a large purchase. My TV after a 1.5 went out. The claim process was really simple and the call back service worked. Just a few photos and the process was done. They offered me a replacement but I wanted a refund. "We LOVE Square Trade. We tell everyone, even strangers in stores, about Square Trade. We have actually had two claims with them and had absolutely NO problems. We had a TV with a volume issue that they would not get parts for. They told us do what ever we want with it and sent us a check for the FULL purchase price. "So happy with Square Trade. My Keurig broke down. I put in claim at Square Trade website. Printed out return label and immediately after I took my box to Fed Ex return center I got an e-mail that my reimbursement was being processed and within 24 hours I was reimbursed for the Keurig the full purchase price.
