"Phone reps are hard to understand (Indian) but very nice and polite. My claim was done in a few minutes and my reimbursement check was mailed quickly, which I appreciate. The only thing that was a pain was that I was told I had to call back to verify my purchase receipt was uploaded and processed. That should all be automated when I upload my receipt. "
