"A few days ago, the battery went out on our Nook. My daughter cried. Her Frozen storybook, Tinkerbell book, and many other favorites were on her Nook. I told her "Don't worry, baby. We have a SquareTrade warranty." I filed a claim on the SquareTrade website late that night. The next day, a SquareTrade rep contacts me and asks for proof of purchase. "I think it's important for me to take the time to write this review regarding SquareTrade warranty service. I was so impressed by the efficiency and excellence of their service. I dropped my 5-mo. old camera and the lens would not close. With a sick feeling in my stomach, I called SquareTrade halfway expecting some excuse or loophole to come between me and a repair. "I've had Square Trade warranties for about 5 or 6 years and had repairs done on both my iPhone and iPod but my latest experience really surprised me. My Apple Airport Extreme quit working and after trying all the things suggested to fix it, I took it to Apple and they proclaimed it DOA. I filed my claim with Square Trade and within a day, they sent me a prepaid label to send it to them and as soon as FedEx scanned the package, they refunded my full purchase price into my PayPal account. Went out and bought a new one. "

"Very happy with Square Trade service! I submitted a claim on Oct 19th for the repair of my laptop power plug not working and I received the OK a day later. I took my laptop to a service provider in my area that Square Trade recommended and within a day my laptop was fixed. That night I sent in my receipt for reimbursement and with an hour they sent me the amount for the repair bill. Thanks to Square Trade I didn't have to worry about paying for the repair and received excellent service!"

"This is my second iPhone Square Trade warranty. The first one went the full two years without a problem or claim. My new iPhone 6 fell off my bicycle in the holder designed for the iPhone 5 and the screen broke, as did the camera lens. Apple replaced the entire phone and Square trade paid me via an Amazon gift card within an hour. Thanks!"
"Who doesn't have a son and not understand that boys will be boys and they are rough and tumble? Well, when I got my son his first tablet I also bought him a Square Trade extended warranty. You cannot beat Square Trade for service and a great deal! Well the other day he knocked his tablet off his bed and it cracked the screen. One quick email to Square Trade and we received an email back with a return label and my check is in the mail! No hassles, just honest to goodness SERVICE!
