"I bought a tablet through QVC and my son broke the screen. I filed a claim on my warranty on 2/14/12 and the claim was processed immediately and paid out (at total cost of tablet) to my account on 2/20/12. Customer service was very nice and prompt. The claims process was very easy to complete and hassel free. Purchased a new tablet and definately puchased the Square Trade Warranty again! :)"

"I have used SquareTrade almost exclusively for the past three years for extended warranties on items bought from the stores and Ebay. I never had to make a claim in the past and was worried that they would give me a hard time about my claim. Nothing could have been farther from the truth. "I was a little dubious that this could work at first. I thought I'd be made to jump through all kinds of hoops to get anywhere but seriously it couldn't have been easier. I bought a refurbished PS3 from Ebay and it broke after around 60 days. I called SquareTrade and they talked me through what I needed to do. Within 20 minutes The whole process was done, and I received my refund the NEXT DAY! I would recommend the service to ANYONE! Brilliant work."
