"I have bought several warranties from SquareTrade, but until recently I never needed to use any of the warranties. Recently my cat knocked over a cup of coffee onto my laptop and I contacted SquareTrade to file a claim. "Square Trade has been amazing. I have had multiple warranties with them (more than 3) and I had to file my first claim for my accidentally broken laptop. I thought I will have to go thru the pain to get the claim....surprisingly I had to do nothing but file it online and call to confirm. Less than a week and my check is on its way. I have lined up myself for a new warranty for the laptop I bought as a replacement and to my amaze the insurance quote hasn't gone up because of the claim. Thanks Square Trade."

"I recently needed to use my SquareTrade warranty and it was the best warranty that I ever purchased. They didn't have any of my kind of phone in stock, so they allowed me to purchase a phone and they sent a check to cover the cost. This check arrived very quickly. I can't tell you how pleased I was that I didn't have to go without my cell phone. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has a cell phone."

"Overall an amazingly smooth process. My iPad 2 took a spill and was not able to be repaired. I was given the full amount back as a replacement and did not have to pay any deductibles. WOW! I was stunned with the service and timeliness of everything. THANK YOU!!! I will definitely buy my warranties from SquareTrade."

"I don't usually buy extended warranties believing them to be worthless. Well, I was wrong this time. I purchased DrDre earphones which are expensive, and reading the reviews about the product,I was concerned when many people said that they easily broke. The plug used to plug the earphones into the jack of an iPod got stuck in the jack ( even though both were 3.5mm). The plug broke off. "I absolutely loved Square Trade!! I had a couple issues with my Kindle, I sent them the information was told in 2-3 business days I would have a determination, I had it in less than 24 hours. Within 48 hours of filing, I had my kindle sent to them, and the electronic return in my email. They were friendly, courteous and I would (and am) absolutely use them again as well as recommend them to anyone with electronics."
