"SquareTrade saved my tail. Between using my iPad2 for work and letting my kids play with it, I was concerned something would happen and with it being such an expensive device, that was not something I wanted to risk unprotected. "I recently experienced purchased accidental coverage for our daughter's Pandigital Supernova DLX fortunately there was sufficient time for me to decide if I was going to keep the tablet (30 days). Shortly after I purchased the Square Trade coverage the tablet was damaged beyond the cost of repair. I will purchase coverage"

"Square Trade really is a great company, with great service. We called to make the claim on a Tues. and they email a shipping label that day, we shipped the item on Thursday and the next Thursday we had the check in hand. I also tell the store clerks, who offer me a warranty, no thanks I am going to use Square Trade, then they ask about it, ask for the website and say I am going to have to get that as well."
