I hope think the payoff for the protection plan should be faster then a week or more
An Apple Watch Series 6 needed a new battery. One repair company said if they repaired it that it would not be water proof. We took it to Apple and they said they could replace the battery but they would have to disable the pulse ox because of litigation. I called Square Trade and they refunded the full purchase price of the watch!
It's was a great experience and that's why I have multiple items with your company but this time I was not happy they sended me a check with the wrong amout
It took 3 days to see our tech, who then diagnosed the issue, and ordered parts. Those arrived after 2 days, then after 2 more days our tech came out to install which accurately fixed the issue. Can't argue with good results, although 7 days without a fridge is a long time.
I was satisfied with services. Online website was too challenging for my skill level. Customer service filled in the blanks. Great job !!!!
