They don’t just credit you or send a check. They try to find a replacement. That takes extra time, with a 1-2 day turnaround. Unfortunately, the model I have isn’t made anymore, and the replacements they suggested weren’t to my liking (not that they were bad, but I’m picky). Also, they said that they had to receive the defective unit before they would replace it (although ultimately that wasn’t the case). Phone replacement done as expected.
My mini-fridge crapped out and stopped cooling after 3 yrs of use and fortunately I had opted for the 5 yr protection plan which came in handy. Was able to get a check reimbursement of the purchase price so I could I get a replacement. The claims process took about 30 minutes from start to finish. The agent helped walk me through it and answered my questions and concerns.
This service went above and beyond to repair my device.
Insured a purchase through Allstate insurance. Sent an insured electronic device in for service, couldn’t be repaired. Received a refund very promptly

I purchased at three year warranty on my product it did take a little while to get through the paperwork I did get a little frustrated but in the end I am very happy with the results Allstate came through for me and made it right I really appreciate it that they followed through with what it should have been thank you so much and I would recommend them if their service continues to be this good.
