When I got no response from the manufacturer while my product was under “their” 1 year warranty; I received prompt response from Allstate Protection Insurance. Due to the fact the manufacturer ignored my notice about their defected product; Allstate went ahead and took initiative and refunded me for the purchase price of the item. I will definitely be using them again.

Filing the claim was easy and the approval process was quick. I mailed out my FitBit and they kept me up to date on its status. It was repaired and returned. However, when I received it back, I experienced a completely different issue. The original issue was a disconnected watch face, the new problem was a battery that could not hold a charge for more than 10 hours.
