I purchased the protection plan for my eyeglasses at Sam’s Club. I had to visit the optical department after returning from a trip. My eyeglasses needed a new nose piece and the technician noticed scratches on the lens. She contacted Allstate initially for me and I followed up with a phone call. The agent taking my call was very helpful.
Filed a claim for the kids' tablet and told them what happened and the issues it was having . They reviewed everything and issued a refund everything was easy and fast.
It was easy to get the money, but it was difficult to use the credit card. No one seems to want to take it.
I gave Allstate a four star rating because I could not get my claim handled through the website. I had to contact a Customer Representative to help me. Once, I spoke with the Customer Representative, I had no problem get my claim completed.
Started my claim on Friday and had my money Saturday afternoon
Great service, everything was so fast . They took care of everything fast .
once repair was completed and paperwork submitted I received the check very quicklly with no hassel
