I loved everything about the protection plan (fast service, I didn't have to keep bugging them, they reached out to me, communication was amazing) except for one thing. After I called to report my treadmill breaking, everything was on me. I had to find a repair person. I had to schedule it. I had to get rid of the broken treadmill. I had to set up the new treadmill. Broken phone- received refund - got new phone
I filed my claim and it was easy to do. Allstate gave me an option and I explained , why I didn’t like that and they offered another . They were.very speedy
Fast, efficient and very helpful.
I had some scratches on my lenses and took them where I had purchased my glasses and they looked at them and confirmed that they were scratched. So I filled out a claim and in less than a week they had reimbursement me. I am very pleased with the quick response.

First time using Allstate protection plan. This service was through my home warranty insurance. I had a tablet that malfunctioned and I was unable to use. At first I was not sure what to expect but after I was pleasantly surprised! My glasses developed a haze on them. I could not see clearly through them. I took them back to Sam’s Club where they were purchased. Less than 24 hours later, I received a call from Allstate. The customer service rep was most courteous and helpful in taking my information. A check was mailed to me and my glasses were replaced in less than 3 weeks.
