The display monitor on my laptop was damaged, not even sure how it happened, but that didn't matter. Submitted a claim on Day 1, received a prompt reply and a prepaid shipping label within 24 hours, shipped the laptop the next day, and received it back, fixed, 7 days later. Communication throughout was excellent. I received email notifications when they received it, when the repair was finished, and when it was shipped back with the tracking number.

Filed a claim and within a week had a new tv delivered. No problems getting the tv. Sent requested info and they sent me my tv. Now to get rid of the old broken one.
