Unbelievable service. Called, sent a pic, got a refund. Whole procedure including receiving my free replacement took 6 days, including the weekend. I have always been a big believer of Allstate plans and will continue to spread the word and purchase them in the future.

It was very easy to get help over the phone with my claim. My online was not working. I'm now in the process of getting my hot tube repaired. The last claim I made was easy too, and I was reimbursed promptly as well. Thank you! I would recommend Allstate Protection Plans.
We had a robot kitty litter box lose it's screen, it could not be repaired and they sent us a check to cover what we paid, 100% I was able to orfer the last one in stock with that money. Good plan, never even knew I had it!
Customer service was good, expected product o be repairs. Didn't expect having to replace my product. With the new tariffs in place. This is was a disappointment
