First of all, I want to say thank you to all the customer service individuals that assisted me in the matter. I appreciate you in trying to find solutions to my problem. Very easy to use to report a broke. Bracket.
This was the first time that I have had this type of protection plan and was very happy that everything went smoothly.
I love always having the peace of mind that I am always covered. I have used this insurance for years and it has never let me down.
Protection plan seems like a hassle to have to send things back. I didn't like that I had to call back again in order to receive my full purchase price refund to use towards my new purchase.
