The process was fast, easy, and very helpful. My tv was failing due to the electrical problems and this company truly helped me get the money to fix it or get a new one. The person who assisted us was able to give us directions through the phone, and the email process was excellent. In fact, hablan español too!
I completed my claim online with details of the purchase receipt, got paid & asked to discard the blender with a proposal to make good any difference incurred on a new blender when receipt is provided. Therefore i was very satisfied with my claim experience.

When my GE Opal ice maker crapped out after only 10 months, the manufacturer wouldn’t stand behind their warranty, so Allstate stepped up and made it right. Bottom line, I’ll never buy another GE appliance, but if I have an option, I will ALWAYS buy this Allstate protection plan.

I had a problem with a fairly new watch. I contacted the Allstate protection plan people, answered some questions about the defective watch and received and answer and refund within hours. I was able to replace the defective watch with a new one by the next day. Excellent service!!
