When Fitbit wouldn’t stand by fixing my 6 month old watch, I was happy I bought Allstate protection plan. They covered my Fitbit watch for what I paid for it after determining it couldn’t be fixed. I highly suggest getting Allstate
My electric lawnmower stopped working. Called Allstate to file a claim. They were very helpful and explained their process. I couldn't get the lawnmower repaired so they reimbursed me what I originally paid for the mower. Completely happy.
Customer service is very friendly. There were a lot of hoops to jump through, but I appreciate how thorough they were.

My Fitbit Sense stopped taking a charge. I tried different charging cables, USB charging connection, electric plug for charging and also swapped out the Sense charging cable and NOTHING would charge the battery. I processed a claim and in a couple of days after I paid my deductible I received my replacement Sense.
