I received a email saying my printer was fixed and on the way then I get another email saying it could not be fixed,when it arrived it says refurbished so go figure. The whole process from ship off to updates to delivery was handled in a timely manner.
Staff showed concern and caring. My issue was handled in a timely manner.
First contact - call to Squaretrate/Allstate Result - Need to file first online. Second contact - Online Setup of account & online filing. Explained reclining chair mechanics not working chair does not recline, manual handle seems to grind inside the chair leg supports do not move. Chair does not sit upright and leans backward. Result - Referred to Manufacturer Third contact - Online Chat - 1st automated then with Ragnar to ask why I was referred to manufacturer when Allstate contract coverage began 04/02/2023.
