I was a bit hesitant to send in my laptop after seeing the covid 19 warning that it might take a while. But I needed my laptop and they came through. The repair was done quickly and my laptop was returned in less than 3 days. Im glad I got that warranty.

Seems like when I put in claim it was no time at all when I got my replacement.
They did a good job getting the issue resolved. Took a little longer than it should have taken. Following up on the status is less than desirable.
On each call, every single representative was very courteous and professional.
Insurance was awesome to have no problems or issues compensating for non working products
Square trade was great at fixing my ear buds twice two different problems and two different occasions. I was considering on throwing them out but checked ins policy was still valid. Easy process would definitely recommend this place.
