I found SquareTrade easy to contact and deal with. They made sending in my laptop easy and free. Their turnaround time on the repair was only a matter of days. My only reservation is that I wish they had provided a written explanation of the repair and the problem they found.

Great helpful resolved concern
Despite it being a Covid crisis, I got someone on the phone very quickly. The parts arrived in a couple days and the repairman called soon after that. An hour later, everything was fixed.
Great repair job and quick service altogether a awesome job.
Unfortunately, my TV decided to act up and I had to call the warranty company for "repair" assistance. The technician was very helpful and stayed on the line when we had to conference in the TV manufacture company. In the end, they both got back up and running!!!

I had an issue with an air fryer I had purchased a little more than a year ago. Of course, the manufacturer's warranty had expired. I filed a claim with SquareTrade and in less than 2 hours, my claim was approved and a check was in my mailbox in a few days to buy a new one! I even got to keep the old one. I am so glad I spent the few extra dollars for this extra protection!
