I was told that Square Trade couldn't help me until my tablet was past the warranty date, which then I got in contact with the manufacturer and I know what to do to send it in to have it fixed or replaced with a new or refurbished one. I was glad I got Square Trade advice.

SquareTrade sent the parts over immediately. The technician called the following day and scheduled a convenient time to perform the repair. The TV is now working as designed once again and I'm completely satisfied with the entire process!

My Galaxy 8 was literally road kill after my grandson drop the phone out of the window as he was recording the beautiful sunset. Square trade professionally expedited my claim, and as promise, I recieved the phone in 2 days. Sheer delight!.

When I called to check on a printer that crashed and needed replacement they stated I had an HDTV in the list of items covered. I had forgotten about that and within a few weeks that TV failed and was ultimately replaced. GOOD WORK!

My experience with square trade was great. I call them and I told them my phone was not working. They send me another phone with in three days.l send my phone to them.

They took my issue and fixed it. Even after Microsoft simply refused to do anything with an almost brand new piece of equipment. I am very thankful for having signed up for your service.
