When my grandson's keyboard went bad, I filed a claim with Square Trade. The process was completed much quicker than expected. I would certainly recommend this company!
Initial experience with tv diagnosis and parts shipment was excellent. Getting a tech to our house to install them took 10 Days, perhaps because we live in a rural area.
Even though I had called twice after hours, the lady for the second call really helped me out (didn't catch her name), but I believe she went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you.
Excellent service plan for product.
I have purchased extended warranty a few times. This time it was worth every penny and worth every cent I have ever dropped in the past. If you are dropping 5,000 in a TV I would encourage you to always be the extended warranty. If you have a choice who to buy it from I will always choose Square Trade. 24/7 tech support that is both empathetic and sympathetic to the fact you have just discovered something not quite right in something you spent a large amount of money on.
