Ultimately he determined efforts were futile and said they'd issue me a check. I printed the UPS shipping label he e-mailed me, dropped the package at a UPS store and to my surprise received their check before they even received my phone! I deem that honorable and admirable. I will not hesitate to recommend the purchase of a Square Trade warranty at all. Thank you Square Trade!"
