The dentists and staff are really helpful and cheerful. Angie the hygienist made sure I knew what was going on and that I was okay throughout the entire cleaning. The dentists knew how to make all the fears of being in a dental clinic go away. It was very relaxing to the point that I could sleep in the chair. A lot of my family members go here and they love it! Because of the dentists, my grandpa is now able to eat again and have a better life with the dental implant treatments.
Prior to going to Allure, I was not fond, at all, of going to the dentist. For the last 4+ years though, Dr. Suzanna Lee has made my visits as comfortable and as thorough in making my visits as complete and as seldom as possible. The office is very clean and comforting and as I had a procedure done yesterday, there was no remnant to the visit as my mouth revived its feeling except for the follow up call to see how I was doing. I would not trust to go anywhere else.
Very Hi pressure was asked several times if I understand what is being told to me. Now they refer to a treatment plan I agreed to in letter's they send me. From the beginning I told them I wasn't looking for a new dentist I just wanted a cleaning the assistant touched my eyeball during the process where they take pictures of your teeth she was terrible at it.
Excellent customer service! Bit expensive compared to others but they take care of their patients like family and are willing to work on the payment plans. Suzanne always calls home after a procedure to check on you.
Dr. Suzanna Lee an Dr. Trinh Lee are wonderful. I had a total mouth reconstruction done 5 years ago because of bruxism (tooth grinding) and have had amazing results. I have a nice natural look and a beautiful smile. I have had people walk up to me and say you have a great dentist. Besides the outstanding educational credentials both of the doctors have, they are also kind and caring. I highly recommend this practice.
Allure may be good if you're looking for cosmetic procedures, but if you're just looking for someone to do a routine cleaning, steer clear! When I went in for a cleaning, the staff was not only rude, but extremely scammy. Even though I've never had any issues with cavities, they used this 'tool' to note that I had about 10 'microcavities' that should be filled, in addition to a deep cleaning that needed to be done. I went in for a consultation and deep teeth cleaning 2 weeks ago. This was my first time doing this procedure so I was kind of nervous. However Dr. Lee and her staff are very good at what they do and made the whole process a fun one. Being a patient of Dr. Suzanna Lee and Dr. Trinh Lee has been the best dental experience I have ever had. They are amazing in their field of work and always carefully tend to their patients. The other staff are wonderful as well in that they always maintain a friendly and welcoming environment, always positively greeting their incoming patients. These dentists and their staff are amazing. Very gentle I've had everything from bi-annual cleaning's two to root canals and no pain. The doctors and staff are extremely professional and follow up with a phone call after every procedure. The establishment is extremely clean and I have recommended friends & family. There's been a little bit of turnover with staff at the front desk but it's been off for the right reasons. I highly recommend Dr Lee!
