Alondra was great, and very patient with me, which I very much appreciated! As a first time home buyer, I required a lot of hand-holding, and none of the multitudes of questions that I asked Alondra did she make me feel stupid. Great service overall, and I could not recommend her more.
Communication sucked. Don’t ask too many questions because then you will be called “hard to work with” by Timmy White. And when they mess up it falls on the homeowner not the stupid 1-800 lending company they are. And Alonbra stopped replying so who was supposed to answer my questions. Terrible customer service. The inspector they hired reused a photo from the first inspection and still waiting for that to be redone.
