Awesome!!! From initial phone consultation, to measuring my home, installation, and follow up was exceptional. One of the the best contractors I’ve ever worked with. Installers Carlos and Triago were prompt, efficient, professional, and courteous, and worked diligently. I cannot even tell where the new flooring met the original flooring. Will definitely use them soon to update other rooms in my home.

We had a great experience with Alpha Rug. They installed hardwood floors throughout our new house and did a great job. The installers arrived on time, were friendly and competent and finished the project on time. Philip and the rest of the staff at Alpha have ben professional and courteous. Our floors look great. Highly recommend!

Very pleased with the entire experience from purchase through installation. Philip was very helpful and knowledgeable helping to identify product. Jed was precise with measurements and pleasant to work with. The installation team was prompt, highly efficient and completed a thorough cleanup following the flooring install.

Phillip and their installers are great! There was a defect in one of the floor pieces that they put down and they came back and replaced that piece. They also did a great job staining the floor treads on the stairs to match the LVF perfectly! They also came back and replaced the baseboard in the guest bath, that had tile, to match all the new baseboard they put in the house. They really work well with you and do a really good job. I highly recommend them. The number of options of flooring they have is excellent and their price was better than 2 other estimates I received for the same LVF.

Enjoyed working with A.R.E. They quickly fit me into their schedule and did a wonderful job to replace the stairs and upstairs carpet of our townhome. Appreciate their professional customer service and highly recommend!

They removed carpet in basement area and master closet. They added self leveling cement to level original basement floor. After placing the new carpet, the area looks fabulous. Great instalation work.

Loved every step of the experience with Alpha Rug Expo. The showroom team was extremely helpful, and the install team was exceptional. If your floor is going to be flooded during the holiday season ... this experience was the UPSIDE! We LOVE our finished product. The change is beautiful (makes you almost forget the reason you had to have it done in the first place). 5 *****'s for SURE!

From my very first visit (and there were many 😉) I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. I was a very inquisitive customer and Phillip and Lauren wss always there to answer my questions and calm my anxiety. I replaced my whole house (carpets, ceramic tiles and hardwood floors) with a gorgeous Johnson hardwood floor. The installers were prompt, courteous, professional and very respectful of me and my furnishings. The job was completed ahead of schedule and the work site was throughly cleaned before they left. I would not hesitate too recommend A.R.E. Flooring's showroom or staff/installers to anyone. Great product, service and price. I am a very happy customer.
