Thank you to Lauren at A.R.E. for introducing me to The Karastan oil teak hardwood by Mohawk. It looks stunning in our home! The professional customer service we received from Phillip allowed us a seamless install and we were 100% satisfied with the craftsman ship and accommodations of our installers. Awesome!!! From initial phone consultation, to measuring my home, installation, and follow up was exceptional. One of the the best contractors I’ve ever worked with. Installers Carlos and Triago were prompt, efficient, professional, and courteous, and worked diligently. I cannot even tell where the new flooring met the original flooring. Will definitely use them soon to update other rooms in my home.

Phillip and their installers are great! There was a defect in one of the floor pieces that they put down and they came back and replaced that piece. They also did a great job staining the floor treads on the stairs to match the LVF perfectly! They also came back and replaced the baseboard in the guest bath, that had tile, to match all the new baseboard they put in the house. They really work well with you and do a really good job. They removed carpet in basement area and master closet. They added self leveling cement to level original basement floor. After placing the new carpet, the area looks fabulous. Great instalation work.

Loved every step of the experience with Alpha Rug Expo. The showroom team was extremely helpful, and the install team was exceptional. If your floor is going to be flooded during the holiday season ... this experience was the UPSIDE! We LOVE our finished product.
