Had new floors installed in our house last week. We could not have been happier with the service we got from ARE . Anyone looking to upgrade or install flooring should highly consider them. There was zero pressure on the sales side and the installers were extremely competent. Great experience
ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. Great prices, super helpful staff and talented floor professionals. I really appreciated the communication from everyone involving our job as this was our first time installing wood floors/replacing our carpets and sanding/staining all of them to match. Thank you Debbie, Jed, Phillip and the extremely talented carpenters!
Debbie, Gary, Jed, Philip, Edwin, and Ken have all been helpful and personable pros...clearly real pros in their own right. Ken, the installer, has spent 26 years doing his thing if that gives you any idea. The job came out just right.
Great customer experience dealing with Debbie Shirley at their Warehouse. Very Knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent communication from the Warehouse personnel. I would have rated them 5 stars if the I did not have severe communication issues with the installer who spoke no English at all. He had his supervisor call me to straighten out the miscommunication. We recently had Alpha Rug Expo install LVT flooring in our recently finished basement along with carpeting for the stairs plus rug for our upstairs closet. We worked with Phillip who was responsive, helpful and followed up to make sure we were completely satisfied with the installs. Overall a very positive experience and we couldn’t be happier with the end results.
Service, selection and a knowledgeable staff make this a tremendous company. Phillip went above and beyond in making our project a success. Don’t even consider a big box store if you are looking for flooring. Start to finish Alpha Rug Expo is absolutely the best!!!
