Great experience with ARE. Jed was awesome, very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We love the carpet. Install is very clean and left zero mess after. I am a customer for life. A+++ service and price. Highly recommend

I worked with Philip and Dan. Dan completed the measurements very promptly and was quite professional. Philip worked with me on picking out the actual carpet and gave excellent recommendations based on my budget restrictions and needs for the house. They were able to offer a better carpet than both Home Depot and Hometown Carpet at a lower price. I highly recommend these guys!
What a wonderful experience during a stressful move. I had upstairs carpet replaced with Mohawk flooring that needed to be matched to existing floor. The installers were professional, kind and hardworking. They were meticulous with cleaning after finishing and left my existing floors cleaner than before they arrived! It is so refreshing to have a company come out for estimate when they say they will, arrive to install when promised and provide such great service every step of the way. Do not hire this company to install anything. we had carpet in 3 bedrooms quoted and removed to install LVP. In the connecting hallway we have solid oak. The height difference is something that should have been addressed (if they were professional) at the time of quote. instead the angled the transition thresholds at an unacceptable angle. I have asked Phillip to correct HIS company's mistake and he wants to charge me $150. I will be suing to have him correct something he admits was done incorrectly
I don’t like having to write a bad review. We went to Alpha Rug on a recommendation of a friend who used them. After our experience, we found out the employees that our friend worked with at ARE were no longer there… and maybe for good reason. We had an estimator come out to our job site and talk about the floor we already had, as we wanted to match it. We talked about tying in the same flooring for the rest of the house. Installation job was done November 25, 2019, the Monday before Thanksgiving. There were a few issues..... The installation crew did not bother to clean up the remnants from the job left in my yard and driveway and even left a pallet from their van in my yard. The floor leveling part of the job they were going to do was NOT done. And I was surprised to find them using MY table saw which meant that they had to go into my garage to get and drag out for them to use. Alph Rugs installed SEM manufactured hardwood floors throughout our house (entire 1st floor, Master, hall and Study up) 3 years ago. Within the first 6 months we notice peeling and chipping along the edges of various boards all through the house. Over the next year, they got worse and more prevalent. We finally tried to contact Daniel at Alpha rugs about the problem. It took quite a long time, a lot of emails and text messages to get them to finally come out to look at the floors.
