Even though I had been to two other urgent care without success Alpha care saw me in a prompt caring way. The first place I went was with a practitioner The other wouldn’t take my insurance. That was not the concern of Alpha care. They were very nice and concerned about my well-being. Very efficiently saw me and diagnosed my problem!! I Two shots and some meds and I feel remarkably better! The nurse, Lindsey Parker, did an exceptional job and I felt like she was truly interested in helping me to feel better!
It was amazingly easy to make an appointment for the next day and completing the paperwork online was a breeze. The receptionist was very courteous and insured that that my VA Insurance covered the visit. I was seen by FNP Jessie Lindsey who very polite and professional. She listened to my description of the problems and addressed each one in a thorough and professional manner. I have always had the best care at AlphaCare. The front desk nurses physicians are attentive and thorough. I don’t think there is another care facility in Ocean Springs that provides this level of service
