RecommendedDr. Loukatos was amazing. My 7 year old started running fever and I remembered seeing this place and decided to stop by since our pediatrician was closed. The staff was so friendly, the facility was very nice and clean and the service was fast. Dr Loukatos is awesome with kids and very patient. This will be our go to place for now on. Thank you for being so sweet to my daughter.
I just saw Angela Meadows, the NP here, and she was fabulous! I don’t have insurance, but have been sick since Saturday, so decided to try out Alpha Urgent Care. It is truly one rate— no strings attached. Definitely money well spent! It is so great to have an affordable health care option on the Coast and gives me such peace of mind. I highly recommend Alpha Urgent Care.
Highly recommended! Sweet people! They got us in quick, took their time with us and the tests came back quick. They even called a few days later to not only check up on my son because he had the flu, but to make sure that we were ok too.

I have been to many urgent cares in my lifetime. Let me tell you.. I strongly recommend this urgent care! I went on 1/22 and I was very surprised at how kind and caring the staff were. The receptionist at the front assisted me with all of my coverage and billing needs. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. The physician I saw was very professional, kind, and understanding to my issues. I also received a very personable follow-up phone call regarding my illness. I am WOWED by this urgent care. Great Job!
