The visit was good, we didn't get the news that we wanted as we will be putting our dog to rest today, but the information given was explained well and thoroughly. One draw back is the office visit and treatment cost is a little on the high side.
First, everybody greats us and knows Jack by name. Dr Henderson and the staff answer all questions and prompt you for information that will aid in treatment. Dr Henderson has always provided us with options and explains alternate paths toward a positive outcome. I am always satisfied with how they treat both of my dogs as well as the resulting outcomes.
