I called in yesterday with an online inventory question for a plus size dress. I ended up booking an appointment with Elise for today. Everyone was so nice. Elise was so attentive and very helpful. Beth and her team helped with an impossible situation. I'd purchased a dress online, and had to return for a different size. The dress was no longer sold, and I'd also had it for over 3 months (in original/unused condition-with tags still attached). I encountered "NOs" when I first came in, but then Beth and her team turned the "NOs" into amazing "YESES"!
