Rachael was very professional and courteous while helping me schedule my appointment. Greg Daru, service plumber, was excellent! He introduced himself as he arrived; very respectful of my property. He was genuine and friendly. He explained everything very thoroughly, in a way that I could understand. He provided equipment manual; dated equipment replaced.
