Althoff's service department is the best. Andrea is very friendly, helpful, and considerate. She is eager to schedule an appointment that works best for the customer. Have been using Althoff for my residential HVAC maintenance and repairs for over 20 years and never had a problem with their service. I had my annual furnace inspection and maintenance scheduled for the afternoon of Sat, Sept 19th. CSR Ruth Ann offered me the option to reschedule when the tech would not make the original arrival time frame. I said I had no problem with waiting. First time I used Althoff to have my water heater fixed. I have to say they communicate well and are very professional. I definitely recommend them.
