We have been Althoff customers ever since we bought our house in 1985. We have never been disappointed with their quick response to our needs. Their customer service is outstanding, from the person answering the phone to the serviceman who comes to the house. We have no suggestions to make them better, though they keep asking.
Once again, you came to my rescue. Saturday afternoon, I was doing laundry and went downstairs to switch loads. When I got there, there was water everywhere. Not a flood, but enough to know something had gone terribly wrong. So I called and Clayton came out. He was able to figure out that the sump/ejector pump had died. I now have new ones with new check valves and alarms so I'll know when things have gone south. My late husband got us involved with Althoff about 15 years ago, starting with the furnace. Althoff's service department is the best. Andrea is very friendly, helpful, and considerate. She is eager to schedule an appointment that works best for the customer. Talking to her is like talking to your best friend! Mike had serviced my mom's furnace and AC unit several times and he was always pleasant, honest, and thorough. Have been using Althoff for my residential HVAC maintenance and repairs for over 20 years and never had a problem with their service. I had my annual furnace inspection and maintenance scheduled for the afternoon of Sat, Sept 19th. CSR Ruth Ann offered me the option to reschedule when the tech would not make the original arrival time frame. I said I had no problem with waiting.
